Slack gets 30+ AI features: summaries, auto-replies and skills

Salesforce has updated Slack with over 30 AI features:

AI Skills for Slackbot — You can teach the bot custom tasks. Example: 'Summarize #marketing discussions every week'.

Channel Summaries — AI summarizes channel discussions so you don't have to read hundreds of messages.

Action Suggestions — Slack suggests actions based on message context.

Practical tip: Start with channel summaries — they save time immediately. Custom Skills are powerful but need setup. And as always: sensitive company data doesn't belong in AI features without checking privacy settings.
